360 World Snacks Shipping Policy:
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies to all International and Canadian orders.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Eligibility Window:
To qualify for a return, or exchange items must be authorized and received back to our Fulfillment Center unopened, in original condition within 14 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:
- Items received without prior authorization.
- Items marked as “FINAL SALE”.
- Items bought from somewhere other than 360worldsnacks.com.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Returns received in damaged / worn condition.
- Returns received after 14 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have shipped the wrong item. Or if you received a damaged item that cannot be exchanged.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or if you received an item that you did not order or the item was damaged, please email us anytime at service@360worldsnacks.com for help and authorization.
Do I need Prior Authorization?
Yes! All returns for any reason must have prior authorization to return either online by emailing us anytime at service@360worldsnacks.com. Any items received without prior authorization will be returned at your expense.
Will you pay my Return Shipping?
No. 360 World Snacks does not pay for return shipping or provide a return label unless you received a damaged item, or an item you did not order. If that is the case then we will email you a return label for your products, but you must email us at service@360worldsnacks.com to receive your label. Any items sent back by your own method, damaged or not, will NOT receive shipping credit.
PLEASE NOTE. We can only email return labels, they cannot be mailed.
I would like a Refund.
No Problem. ALL REFUNDS must be authorized and received within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Your original method of payment will be refunded within 5 days of receipt. Please ship these items back trackable, we are not responsible for return packages until they are tracked in our door. Email us anytime at service@360worldsnacks.com for more information.
I want to Exchange for a new size, color, or style.
Even Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color in hurry? Order at service@360worldsnacks.com to place your exchange. You will need to place a new order, but you won’t be charged shipping and we will send out your new item right away and credit you back once we receive the prior shipment.
Uneven Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a different item you must email service@360worldsnacks.com you will need to place a new order, but you won’t be charged shipping and we will send out your new item right away and credit you back once we receive the prior shipment.
Please note: If you do not contact and place your exchange order prior to us receiving your return and you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we will process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the return.

My item was a gift, but I don’t have the order name or information.

SHIPPING
All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound) and mostly Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made. Priority mail takes between 2-3 business days for delivery and USPS First Class or Parcel Post app 3-7 business days. If the item is not in stock, please allow an additional 10-20 business days. Once the order has been shipped please allow 2-7 days shipping time. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship international and our shopping cart is not set up to charge for international shipping. If our shipping charge does not cover the cost to ship your package we will invoice you the difference for shipping. If the difference is not paid within 48 hours we will refund your order.
NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING CHARGES
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
