Due to the edible nature of snacks, we do not accept returns. If your product is damaged or if you did not receive the correct items, please email a photo of the damaged item within three (3) days of receiving your package and we’ll refund or replace your items.
If you feel you have received a faulty product, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and image of snack damaged product for additional instructions.
If the order was cancelled and the package was delivered, please return the package for a refund. If the package is not returned, you will be charged for the order.
What items are Returnable?
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
- The package is damaged or broken.
- The incorrect item was delivered.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or 360 World Snacks, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We do not do exchanges of any kind (unless your item arrives damaged). You will have to place a new order with the correct items, and you may return the items that were incorrect for a refund.
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping charges.
