How long does shipping take?

We ship as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock, it will ship out in 1-3 business days. If it is on order, it could take up to 10-20 business days before shipping to you. Please see our Shipping Policy.

Do you accept international orders or ship internationally?

I want to return an item; how do I get a return shipping label?

After I shipped my return item, how long will it take to process the exchange or refund?

Once we have received your returned item, please allow 5-10 business days for processing your refund and allow 3-7 business days for your exchange to be delivered. 

How do you process refunds?

Email us to authorize your return. If approved, you will then receive an email with your return shipping label attached. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be issued. How do you process exchanges?

Email us to authorize your exchange. If approved, you will then receive an email with your return shipping label attached. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days for your new item to be delivered. Please see our Return Policy.

I just bought a 360 World Snack product and now it has malfunctioned (open bag, torn, etc.) Can you mend or replace the item?

Occasionally, bags open due to transfer and handling issues. Send us an email with your name, order number, date purchased, and a photo of your item within 14 days.
