How long does shipping take?
We ship as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock, it will ship out within 1-3 business days. Our authentic gourmet treats are imported from France and Italy, so if it is on order, it could take up to 10-20 business days before shipping to you. Please see our Shipping Policy.
Do you accept international orders or ship internationally?
No, we only ship within the United States. Please see our Shipping Policy to learn more about when you’ll receive your delicious gourmet snacks.
I want to return an item. How do I recieve a return shipping label?

After my return item is shipped, how long will it take to process the exchange or refund?
Once we have received your returned item, please allow us 5-10 business days for processing your refund and allow 3-7 business days for your exchange to be delivered.
How do you process refunds?
Please email us at service@360worldsnacks.com to authorize your return. If approved, you will then receive an email with your return shipping label attached. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be issued. I recently bought a 360 World Snack product and it was defective (open bag, torn, etc.) Can you mend or replace the item?
Occasionally, our gourmet snack bags open due to transfer and handling issues. Send us an email at service@360worldsnacks.com with your name, order number, date purchased, and a photo of your item within 14 days of delivery.
